Shane Rodgers is a Brisbane, Australia-based business executive, strategist, marketer and writer with a special interest in human behavior. Mike Petrusky asks Shane about the inspiration and lessons learned after publishing a LinkedIn article that went viral called “The Career Advice I Wish I Had at 25”. The post has generated hundreds of thousands of likes, comments and shares because of its practical application, optimistic view and understanding that many of us are “living a life of quiet desperation” and we might just need a bit of permission to “chill”. Mike and Shane also discuss their views on the modern workplace and the interesting challenge faced by leaders preparing to manage the “Workforce 2030”.
